Relaxation – pamper your soul

The best way for us to cope with the increasingly hectic pace of our daily lives is to make time for relaxation and downtime. Relaxation techniques, a balanced, varied diet and everything that does your body and soul good will help you find inner peace and balance.

Adopting behavioural patterns that make it easier for us to unwind is relatively quick and easy to do. As a result, we can often sleep better, too. For that reason, you shouldn’t drink stimulating drinks like tea, coffee or soft drinks or smoke after 4 pm.

A short stroll, a warm bath or a relaxation exercise are recommended shortly before you go to bed.

If you want to explicitly relax and unwind, there are a number of options, such as using Autogenic Training, treating yourself to Thalassotherapy or aromatherapy and watching what you eat.
